入住該酒店以來體會到了前所未有的糟糕體驗！從來沒有在歐洲任何一家酒店經歷這樣的事情。首先是入住當天第一餐，選擇了在酒店的餐廳吃飯，點餐時間至少十分鐘無人響應，找各種服務人員都無暇點單，過了很久終於成功點餐，兩個人消費81歐點了兩份意麪和一個披薩，然後就開始了噩夢般的晚餐時間，蒼蠅360度環繞，無死角的降落在食物上，至少有二十衹蒼蠅包圍我們，我們以為是坐在了室外的原因，於是申請換到室內，換到室內後情況依舊沒有好轉，全都是超大的綠頭蒼蠅落在食物上，讓人絲毫沒有進餐慾望於是回房間休息了。
其次是房間的入住酒店，房間在二樓，窗外是樹林，非常非常潮濕，衣服放在房間內的沙發上第二天醒來的時候發現衣服全部是潮濕的，同樣在沙發上坐一會褲子也會變濕。酒店隔音非常不好，首先是下午園區不知為何播放交響樂，導致房間內部很吵。到了晚上，隔壁房間一直傳來噪音，持續振動，給前台撥打了兩次電話才得以解決。
更令人無比憤怒的是酒店服務。首先是所有一次性用品不給補，入住了四晚，牙刷拖鞋和牙膏沒有給補新的，全都是第一天入住的時候給的繼續使用。當然這些用品因為我們自備了所以用完後及時沒有補充我們也沒有找前台要。但是！浴巾，用完之後不給換新的，在酒店裡經常游泳下水後用浴巾擦乾，放在房間裏一晚上浴巾還是濕漉漉的，第二天客房服務後沒有補充新的浴巾，導致浴巾數量完全不夠使用！當天晚上撥打前台電話後，前台不知道是忘了還是什麼原因沒有補充，導致當晚沒有乾淨浴巾使用，第二天早上要去游泳了發現還是沒補充浴巾。正好客房服務的車停在門口我們想要乾淨的浴巾，對方竟然不同意？？？讓我們打電話和前台索要，過了將近半小時前台終於是送來了兩條浴巾。
總之是非常非常離譜又糟糕的體驗，就連普通的快捷酒店都不會遇到的情況在這裏全都體驗到了。

We were really looking forward to our family holiday, having had a brilliant time there before kids and then with our two children in 2023. Two days in and our son cut his foot on a broken tile on our patio. No more going into the pool for him. The first reaction from the reception staff was not to ask how our son was, but to tell us how much it would cost to call out a doctor or book a taxi to the medical center. I found another hazard on the patio with a sharp metal tube sticking out of the floor which was covered by a chair. Our compensation was ＜300 Euros for a holiday costing ＞4000. The management just kept telling us that their insurance company would deal with refunds but the insurance company denied this and said they only covered the personal injury (＜300 Euros). Sadly the hotel has hugely declined in quality in just a year. Restaurants understaffed and long waiting times. Rooms comfortable but everything is just looking rough around the edges, e.g. the door to the bathroom had obvious water damage along the bottom edge that I wouldn't want to look at in my own home. Truly disappointed, we'd been so looking forward to it. We've had friends refunded the cost of stays at other hotels when they were unhappy with the service, but don't expect that from Melia. They just take your money and don't really care about you as an individual because we were just an inconvenience to them.

Excellent resort - especially for young families (also multi-generational with grandparents!) with lots of activities for children including playroom and quiet, cool family lounge. Red Level offers nice afternoon tea in family lounge area plus early evening drinks/tapas at the Bistro and all day snacks. Nice Italian restaurant L'Olio and Mexican Agave plus Oasis for family breakfast and lunches was excellent. The big buffet Pangea offers everything (too much?) and is quite expensive. Lots of other themed restaurants too.

He pasado una semana entera en el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora y solo puedo describir la experiencia con una palabra: fantástica. Desde el primer momento hasta el último, todo ha estado a la altura de lo que uno espera de un hotel de esta categoría, y gran parte de ello ha sido gracias al increíble equipo humano que lo hace posible: -José Ángel, en el servicio de pool concierge, quien no solo se aprendió cuáles eran mis cócteles favoritos, sino que estuvo siempre atento a que nunca me faltase una copa. Un detalle que marca la diferencia. -Beatriz, la camarera cubana en Agave, que siempre tuvo una sonrisa cada vez que nos atendía, haciendo que nos sintiesemos como en casa desde el primer momento. -Boris, en recepción, quien conquista por su amabilidad y sinceridad genuina, y su capacidad de ponerse siempre en la piel del huésped, junto con Ronald, el jefe de recepción, que se preocupó de que toda la estancia fuera maravillosa y se preocupó de cada detalle. -Fernando, quien me atendió en casi todos los restaurantes a las comidas, ha sido sinónimo de profesionalidad y simpatía. Siempre con una sonrisa, su atención ha sido exquisita. -Isabel, en el restaurante asiático Nami, quien fue extremadamente amable y cercana desde el primer momento. Conectamos al instante, y eso hizo mis cenas allí aún más especiales.
